How are the delivery estimates divided?

Merchant handling usually takes 1–2 business days after authorization. Estimated carrier transportation after dispatch takes 4–6 business days. The checkout presents available services and costs.

May I return a product if I changed my mind?

Eligible new products can be returned for either non-defective or defective reasons, and eligible exchanges are accepted. Start the request within 30 calendar days of delivery. A non-defective product must still be new and unused.

How do return postage and refunds work?

Wait for approval, then follow the confirmed directions using the free prepaid label included in the parcel. There is no restocking fee. An approved refund is processed and initiated within 10 days; bank or card-provider posting time may be longer.
