Refund Policy

We accept qualifying returns of new merchandise for non-defective as well as defective reasons. Qualifying exchange requests are also accepted. Contact us within 30 calendar days following delivery.

Eligibility

For a non-defective return, merchandise must be new, unused, and complete with original packaging, labels, accessories, and supplied components. Damage, a defect, missing contents, an incorrect product, or a material listing mismatch may also be reported. Non-waivable statutory protections continue to apply.

Request before sending

Email cecabifijal700@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, reason, and helpful photos or video. Do not mail the product before approval and receipt of the correct return location and directions. The General mailing address is not automatically the return destination. A free prepaid label is enclosed with the parcel; contact us if it is absent or lost. No restocking fee is charged. Exchange fulfillment is subject to stock.

Refund processing

Within 10 days after approval, we process and initiate the refund back to the original payment method. The financial institution may take longer to display it.
